EPC-France sells non-electric initiating systems DAVEYNEL and DAVEYQUICK:

 

  • The DAVEYNEL is a detonator se off by a shock wave tube. It is supplemented by a surface connection for priming the firing circuit. This system can be used for open-pit and underground jobs. The range of the detonator relays is from 75 ms to 2 seconds. The range of connection relays is from 0 to 100 ms.
  • The DAVEYQUICK is a 400 ms detonator with a built-in 25 ms connector. The length of the donators ranges from 9 meters to 30 meters.
