EPC-France sells exploders for setting off medium intensity or high intensity detonators:

 

  • The Schaffler type 815 an 818 to set off only medium intensity detonators, crank-loaded.
  • The Schaffler type 861 allows initiating average or high intensity detonators, crank-loaded.

 
The exploder MICKO 1 DUAL is a compact capacitive load. It carries a load circuit and a line test. Battery operated, it can draw MI detonators (150 ohms), HI (5.4 ohms) as well as NONEL shock tube detonators. Its versatility makes it effective in all situations.
